Fantastic landlady, absolutely no complaints!! You constantly kept us updated on anything going on, inc. bills so there were no shocks at the end of the year. Lived with Yoli for 2 years in which time she has been consistently outstanding at sorting out any problems!!

Awesome house topped off with an awesome landlady. Really good service - all problems sorted quicker than expected. In terms of the house, you couldn't really ask for much more as students. Big garden, massive rooms.

Excellent, first-class landlady. Helped us out loads and made it really easy to live here. Won't even consider renting with any other agency in Loughborough. Top quality service: good parking, big rooms - and love the decking!

Yoli, the best landlord a student can get. This wonderfully bubbly woman has had the hard task of looking after us and what has been our humble abode for two years now, and every single time (which to be fair, wasn't many) we called for help she has been there and the problem was solved. An absolute pleasure to know and all I can say is that if only she rented accommodation for non-students I would be there like a shot. In fact, I am absolutely convinced that I will never find such an efficient, welcoming and suitable landlady or lord again.

I would definitely recommend any one of these student houses.

Living here has been an absolute joy over the past year! Yoli has been a great landlady who is always willing to help and do what she can for us. This house is great - it's ample room for five people at a great location. It would definitely be hard to beat. I would recommend this house and Barraclough houses to any of my friends.
